A patient’s call to the operator automatically triggers a new window containing the caller’s data and allowing instant booking of an appointment.
In addition to all key features, E-COMM health includes extra modules enabling:
1. Detailed PATIENT data entry comprising not only the usual information but also a patient’s fair-conduct assessment, visit statistics, cancellation methods (fair or unfair) and booked appointments. Each patient’s health record can be viewed, either via imported data option or through integration with the existing patients’ recording system. This modul enables also entry of account information – whether the patient paid for the received service, how and when.
2. BOOKING is easier as it combines four criteria: service, time, place and person. E-COMM health enables booking of a certain appointment at a certain time for a certain physician in a certain room thus eliminating any possibility of overlaps.
3. OVERVIEW of booked appointments can be customized per required criterion – a staff member or room/venue. It can also show the list of appointments in chronological order for the required date or a combined overview of all patients per venue and time.
