“The great thing  about the system (E-COMM) is that it can generate various reports. So, if you click on  criteria such as „bench in a park“, system will offer an overview of all cases where a missing bench in a park or missing children playground accessories have been mentioned. Also, system generates a map of Municipality of Zvezdara where one can see a park that misses the greatest number of benches marked with a blinking spot. This system is of high value to us since it offers information useful for making plans and strategies of higher quality. Moreover, it enables us to make the real civic participatory budget, for the municipality , but also to influence the  budget making of public institutions too. Now, we are able to generate and deliver  the exact report on the issues of citizens’ greatest interest.”

“Aiming to improve communication with a large number of users, for easier and faster appointments Health “Milutin Ivkovic” – Palilula in cooperation with the company “Effect Solutions” 18.07.2011. put into operation a call-center which allowed users to make an appointment by telephone, text message and e-mail.

“Effect Solutions” very professionally finished this project, having in mind that it covers the health center and all its health stations and clinics, great number of appointments on a  daily basis as well as it was necessary to connect CALL CENTER with our existing information system”.
